Orders & Shipping


Standard processing time is 2-7 business days
When your order is fulfilled you will be emailed your shipping information. You may view your estimate delivery time through your tracking number.



Wrong Address

Please double (triple) check you have provided me the correct address with all necessary information! If you need to change your delivery address, please contact me ASAP! There is nothing I can do after I have fulfilled your order and send the package to the carrier.



International Shipping & Tax Duties

I do offer international shipping at this time however, do keep in mind there have been instances in the past where packages have been stuck at customs, sent back, taken months to arrive, and have been entirely lost. I cannot guarentee the package arrives to you even if I, as the sender, and you, as the recipient, do everything correct on our ends. I am not responsible for any lost packages due to customs. Please be aware of the risks before ordering! 

All international orders may be subjected to customs fees and taxes depending on the country you live in. International (outside US) packages may be held at your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. I am not responsible for any customs fees or delays due to customs!


Sold Out Items

In some instances, you may order an item that is out of stock. This may be because of incorrect stock count, product sold in person, product damaged while in inventory, etc. In this case, I will reach out to you ASAP! I will offer you either a full refund or exchange the product with another at the same value.

Is there an item you were looking foward to thats currently out of stock D:? Contact me here or via. any of my social medias! I won't guarentee a response but it is very helpful for me to know what products are still in peoples interest after its sold out! I cannot guarentee the product(s) will restock. However, I am more than happy to alert you of the item's retsock status!


Refunds/ Cancellations

I am more than happy to cancel and fully refund your order for any reason before it have been fulfilled! I only offer partial refunds for orders that have arrived to you damaged.
I do NOT offer refunds for items that are damaged after usage (aka. damage NOT at fault of sender/caused during shipment) or for lost packages due to incorrect/insufficent address, weather, package not collected, customs, etc.

Before reaching out to me about a damaged keychain, please make sure the plastic film is peeled off.


Exchanges/ Return to Sender

In the instance you have recieved your item damaged, you will be offered an exchange! However you will be asked to pay the full shipping amount again.
Sometimes, an order may be returned to me due to due to incorrect/insufficent address, weather, package not collected, customs, etc. I am more than happy to resend items however you will be asked to pay the full shipping amount again.
